We proudly source our offerings from high-end Australian brands. To ensure we bring you unique, in-demand homewares, we may require pre-orders for certain items. Our goal is to promptly provide you with distinctive, high-quality homewares while prioritising environmental sustainability. Pre-ordering certain items plays a key role in achieving this. 

Rest assured—we’ve clearly indicated in the product descriptions which items are available for pre-order. Plus, our pre-order processing times are quick, ensuring you get your hands on your favourites in no time!

We charge a flat rate of $15 per order for standard orders weighing up to 5kg. For orders with multiple or bulky items, shipping is calculated based on the weight of the packaged goods. 

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Typically, all items in your order will be shipped together to provide a smooth delivery experience. On certain occasions, we may dispatch pre-ordered items separately if your order comprises multiple items, aiming to expedite the delivery of the majority of your goods.

You will receive an email from us with your order information attached, when the order has been processed and sent you will receive another email from us.

We accept credit card payments via Stripe.com which are processed directly on our website securely. Alternatively we offer PayPal as another payment method should you prefer to use your PayPal account.

We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification. We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly to our banks. Rest assure that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order.
